KCR Construction strive to continually improve and identify risks. We create and enforce programs to reduce risks, whether through a best practice, new guidelines, or policy. This results in a successful track record of bridging the company’s safety standards, with the reality of on-site project operations further supporting and driving the message to all level of fields and project management staff. KCR Construction have an excellent Health and Safety Record with our own in house NEBOSH qualified H&S Co-ordinator. Focusing on staff welfare and training is one of our main priorities. We believe that all our activities can be undertaken professionally and we will never compromise safety. We conduct our business in a way that ensures the health and well-being of our employees, contractors and all stake holders affected by our activities.

We know that continuous improvement of our health and safety performance is essential for our company and is managed through our accreditations. KCR Construction commitments to safety continuously offers progressive and innovative programs.

Community Liaison

Our resident liaison officers duties include building and strengthening relationships, whilst maximising satisfaction with each party involved through all procedures of a contract. KCR Construction employ designated resident liaison officers to undertake these duties. We ensure our employed resident liaison officers have the exceptional communication skills, qualifications, experience and the understanding to build relationships within the communities we work in, delivering a professional friendly service.

Social Regeneration

KCR Construction creates opportunities enabling 25% across the workforce, by way of new apprenticeships and graduate schemes. KCR Construction would welcome the opportunity to work with new clients in the development of graduates. KCR Construction use a unique blend of training, coaching and mentoring interventions to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required for long-term individual success.

KCR Construction community engagement programme directs all manager and staff to proactively engage with the client and community to define where KCR Construction can best express their support. The programme would include monthly meetings with all stake holders, to discuss ways to support each client.
